Life has been no crystal stair but through conquering of the music industry with 9 Grammy Awards, to Academy Award-nominated performance in film, to the launch of her own wine amid a global pandemic, Mary has proven the ability to rise and rise phenomenally.

In May 2021, Blige was inducted into the Walk of Fame at the world-famous Apollo Theater, where many a star got their start. On June 25, fans will receive a deeper look inside of the sovereign’s journey with the release of My Life on Amazon Prime Video. Directed by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Vanessa Roth a executive produced by Blige and Sean “Diddy” Combs, the documentary will grant access to the woman behind the music and the stories that inspired her most definitive and influential album.
